Is there a return / exchange policy?


You may return an un-opened, or un-used product at cost to you to the address here for a full refund within 30 days from your purchase date. Shoot us an email and send the items to: Kipper Engineering PO 521 Intercourse, PA 17534 Installation is done by the user, so there is no warranty on the product. However, if you are having issues with installation or find a defect with your product we can certainly work out a refund if needed. If you have any questions (or suggestions!) please email us at nick@kippereng.com




What happens if something bad happens while using your products?


All products adhere to a strict "use at your own risk" policy.




Can I order in bulk?

How long till my order arrives?


All orders ship within 1-3 days. Then it is in the hands of the shipping provider, usually 2-4 days (US Orders).




What is your privacy policy?


Many of us have had our identity stolen (ours twice). If any one understands, its us. All personal information is to be respected, and is promised to never be distributed to any other entities.




What if I break it?


Contact us, tell us what happened, we will get back to you soon. We stand by our products. Will replace if needed.
